ANNUAL SUPPORT PLAN

It is GraphiCode's policy to provide technical support to our clients who have purchased an Annual Support Plan. The Annual Support Plan is the most cost effective way of maximizing your GraphiCode software and provides one year of technical support. It also provides regular software updates as well as access to areas on the web-site containing time-saving scripts and automated technical support.

NO ANNUAL SUPPORT PLAN

For GC-Prevue customers and customers without an Annual Support Plan we offer technical support on an on-call basis. Charges for the on-call service are $50 for the first 15 minutes and then $2 per minute for subsequent minutes. There is a $50 minimum charge per incident. On-call charges are payable by credit card only and the reporting of bugs or enhancements is, of course, free of charge.

TRAINING

GraphiCode offers instructor led customized training. These workshops provide introductory to master level instruction for every GraphiCode product. We'll come to your onsite location or you can come here to the GraphiCode training center. What matters to GraphiCode is that you get the training you need based on your uses of our products. Even if you have been using GraphiCode's products and feel like an expert, our training can still introduce you to the newest functionality and upgrades.

GC-PREVUE SUPPORT

Due to numerous enhancements to our products, job files (.gwk) created in this version cannot be loaded into older versions of GraphiCode software. However, you will be able to load .gwk files created in those versions into this version of GC-Prevue.
